Problem/Summary
This article explains how to create a screenshot and email it to Support. Screenshots are usefull in diagnosing certain problems.
Steps
- Press "print screen" button on your keyboard. This is located near the top
of the keyboard usually and has the writing PrtSc / Sysrq on it (or variation
thereof). Advanced tip: Press ALT-PRINTSCREEN to grab just the active window.

- Load Microsoft Paint: Start -> Run. Type "MSPAINT". Press enter

- Paste the sceenshot: Press CTRL-V to paste the image.
- Save the image: Press CTRL-S, choose file type "PNG" as this provides the best compression for screenshots most of the time.
- Attach the image to the email and send it to Support
